Beautiful day for Austin's Kite Festival yesterday. Look how high Alex's kite flew!

After each basket at Little Gym, Malia threw her arms up in the field goal pose. So cute. She's also saying "Uh oh" now whenever she drops something or just whenever!

Great Speech Therapy Session

Malia had a great speech therapy session yesterday. She was very active in participating and just joyful with each new activity. She's making more sounds and becoming more vocal. She understands more of what people are saying to her as well. She can nod yes and shake her head for no. She uses sign language for "thank you" and "more" and "help" and "eat." I even saw her use sign language for "open" yesterday. She can point to almost all of her body parts when asked. Our speech homework is to work on OOOO and EEEE sounds and also M and B letters.

After her second class at The Little Gym, Malia is enjoyed a cookie. Good work Malia! She even walked all the way across the room yesterday. Yay!
