3rd Place in Science Fair

Alex got 3rd place in the Science Fair for his project "The Friction Prediction." Lesson learned from his project..."Don't wear sandpaper pants if you want to go down a slide fast!" Ha ha ha (that's good Kindergarten humor)!

Here are a few of ski pictures and a family picture taken on Alex's birthday. For skiing, we went to Angel Fire with Marc's family and stayed with Marc's aunt and uncle, Joan and Jimmie.

Waiting Child Program

We filed our application for a Waiting Child. That means we can access the list of children considered to have a special need. Due to Chinese New Year holiday, many offices were closed this month and not many children were added to the list and none were matched for us. We'll hopefully get a more comprehensive list next month (3rd week of every month). Right now, we are not sure how long the process will take. We are hoping to apply for a specific child this year!!
