Two doctor appointments in two days

We saw all the nurses at Dell's Children's Hospital/Pediatric offices for Malia's 2-week prior to cleft-palate surgery appointment. She got the green light even though she's a little stuffy and has a cough. Her lungs are clear and she doesn't have a fever and has a good appetite. Still, we brought her to her pediatrician this morning to see if we could knock out the stuffiness and coughing before the surgery, and while we were there, Malia got two more immunization shots and a flu shot. Not a fun morning! Her pediatrician prescribed antibiotics and ear drops (slight drainage in right ear). So, she should be in tip top condition for the surgery on December 21.
